About RESHAPE
RESHAPE, LLC was created as a unique personal training experience that caters to women of all ages and backgrounds. At RESHAPE, clients are taught how real life motion involves a combination of strength, stabilization, balance, and directional change. This is great news to the many clients that are interested in learning how to tailor their workout to improve everyday performance and quality of life
